He didn't really want to do this until his belly was full!
When it was full, he was pretty interested in that paper- I think Dorian has the right idea about this! I also think I used the same font that she does for her signs for Alex (great minds and all that!)...
Such a little cutie, if I do say so!
Last night we went out for dinner with friends. It was hard, but I knew Jackson was in Grammy Darlene's capable hands. Turned out that he slept the entire two hours we were gone! Today he's taking a nap in his crib. I'm trying to get him used to it so the transition from bassinet (right by our bed) to his own room will be smooth. He seems to like it pretty well- he has a cd his Great Uncle Doug made him for background music and he's snoozin' like a champ!
Full belly is a life time need and at 81 I can be just as cranky as Jackson if I am not feed. I know how much Darlene hates to have to take care of Jackson. It is a wonder she gave him back, Great pictures I will download some to my photo album. I have already had a great Sunday. Been to the gym,had my weekly breakfast(and bloody Mary), filled the gas tank and skimmed the pool. Now to read the paper. I am sure there is aa bit of good news somewhere. Love to all
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're starting the slight transition early! I did, and so many people were shocked. But trust me, over 4 years and 2 kids later, our bedroom is kid free 99% of the time and the kids LOVE snuggling into their beds at night :) Glad I'm not the only smartie ha ha!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I thought I recognized the font! When I made my signs, I printed them all up at once so they'd be ready when the big day arrived. They do get harder and harder to take because all she wants to do is grab the sign, flap it around and eat it! I can't believe Jackson is one month already! Cute pictures, I like the family ones too.
